I agree, top day, not too far, mini shopping (woohoo) wot more cud u want ;D although Poop-poop (thats wot ive named my mini now) wasnt too happy wen we got home, nasty burny smell and over-run for about 5 seconds lol ah well! Nice to meet u minililli, glad u enjoyed it

Im skint but happy that was the longest run Nellie the elf has done for five years. Its running desparately lean but made it there and back without anything falling off so thats a result I think. Nice to meet you all again see you soon.
P.S - poop poop whats that all about !

Thats fare enough, each to there own its part of being a mini owner I guess. Got some great bargins today so I can crack on with some more jobs that need doing. Spending money to give yourself loads of work to do - surely it should be the other way round !

Yeah, I didn't buy much in the end as I wanted mostly new, genuine parts. Did get a few litle bits and bobs though . Good to see all the minis out on the road - not been on any real events for a while! Good to meet minilili and family too - you'll have to bring Coral down the pub on a wednesday night to play with Caitlin and Noah Richard

I didnt buy too much either... got a water guard, some t-bars and a ultimate engine steady.... also walked away with an italian job picture (the arty one of them in the tunnel) well worth it Was alot of people going there too, nice to see the elf again and a new member. Also Ed, wash your car next time ha ha.

me n paul wimped out and got a life in the mini support vehicle (his dads VW caravelle). nice to be driven somewhere for a change rather than driving.
got quite a few bits and bobs for henry and Omu. was nice that it didn't rain!! and good to see the minis out on the road - will be getting better turnouts for shows now the weather has stopped being a pain in the BEEP!

What a good show, albeit far to many peeps! couldnt get to the stalls, lucky that i didnt go to mad as was skint, but did get a few bits and bobs. also doggy dave gave me a run for my money, hehe! thats a quick cooper you have there dave, lol ;D

Got a maniflow LCB for 35 quid and a real find. The chrome part that fits around the scuttle panel below the wind screen on the elf is damaged and the chrome is poo. Managed to find a mint example in the auto jumble for 15 quid, they haven't made any since 1969 ! how good is that.
