Ed - you goon! cant believe you arent coming.
We are meeting up at the cheshire line this saturday morning at 7am-7.15am. leaving no later than 7.30am prompt.
remember there will be a club bbq on the saturday night, so no need to bring food for tea. (unless you have something specific you want to throw on the barbie apart from burgers and sausages)

Those torch photos are cool Looks like it was a cold night camping !!! Sorry we didn't get to say hello to everyone - by the time we got there is was about 11am, just time to fix Elvis, get Byrney signed on and do a couple of runs, then lunch, a couple more runs and then had to leave - I'm on nights from 7pm tonight so had to go by 3, just incase the traffic was bad, so we only got there for 4 hours Jackman - if I bring a blank CD in can you do me a copy of any photos of Elvis / Caitlin / Noah ?! I had my hands full either fixing Elvis or chasing them - only took 4 photos for the whole day !!!! Rich

Elvis was quite a bit slower too, about 0.5 sec at best which considering I now have better engine and my throttle opens fully its not good! I was pretty dissapointed in it... Mind you I struggled to set off, I just kept wheel spinning. I tried starting in 2nd (thanks Marc for advice,..) but it didn't make me any quicker.... Rich said some of the 16V lot mentioned strong headwinds affecting their times? Or maybe Avon is just more forgiving???

It was a very windy w-end and a mini being like a brick doesnt help. All in all was a top w-end alsways good screwing a car down a drag strip
I was still quciker out of the 998's but i think lack of driver sympathy on my part helped that
