July 11th and 12th
THE BIG CHALLENGE !!! Are you up for it ? Mini vs MINI - which one is the fastest down the black slab. Come and see a classic Mini take on a new MINI Cooper S. See Stuart Meades and his rear wheel drive Nitrous injected Mini. With something like 450 bhp to play with he must be aiming for the 10 second barrier this year, or will he be beaten again!! Or Maybe a John Cooper Works MINI can beat him and take off and storm down the track. See the Motorbike engined Z cars Mini Grass Tracker pulling a wheelie on the start line - awesome.
Fun weekend away if you like to sit and watch cars go down the track all weekend with not much else on site (apart from bumper cars)

Bumper cars were not there last year. Hopefully they will be this year.

I'm definitely up for this, I've never been to Avon Park but it looks pretty good. For those of you how may recognize me, I haven't been down to the club for a while because Ive been playing bumper cars with real minis so I have no transport until its fixed.

Dont forget your wellies and brollies - just in case! (also forecast changed to heavy rain saturday now, light rain sunday) swapped round.
guess we'll just have to wait and see what it decides to do for us. At least Friday is looking promising.
