Hello I am contacting you on behalf of Leyland & District Mini Club. In 2008 we organised a multiclub mini stand for Woodvale. The stand was made up of 6 different clubs and we had around 38 cars on the stand for the weekend. For 2009 we are hoping to celebrate the minis anniversary by getting as many cars together from as many clubs as possible. There are a number of ideas floating around regarding the set out of such a large stand and we would be interested to hear any ideas you have of your own. Firstly I would like to establish which clubs would like to be a part of this and any feedback you have on this idea. Once we have a list of clubs we will contact you all with further details regarding booking spaces etc. For anyone who has never been to Woodvale Rally, it is a large vehicle show held in Southport on the first weekend in august more details can be found on their website www.woodvale-rally.org.uk/Please if you know of any other clubs or idividual who may be interested in this event please forward them this email. Hi, yes i have received the entry form. Is there a closing date that they need to be in by? Im collecting so much money from people for events at the moment, we are all skint now!

Deadline is 1st June for this. check out the webpage for this. looks really good. it is the day after liz n liams wedding, but if we go from there about midday, and arrive at southport for the afternoon, that should be ok. display the cars on the sunday and drive back, sunday afternoon.
£5 per car!

Hiya,
I am currently putting all the Mini's into age order (harder than it sounds as some people havnt put regs or years so am having to contact them) as soon as I have them all in order, we will be numbering tickets and posting them out to clubs/individuals.
There will be a convoy from the large carpark on the sea front (opposite the sea) in Southport but we haven't sorted the final details yet, nor are we expecting eveyone to convoy from there as everyone is coming from different directions.
When I find out what time we need to be there on the saturday and the sunday I will post details up and with eveyone having their own tickets, they can make their own way there. Once there and into our area everyone will be directed to their parking space by a Leyland Mini Club members (hence the putting in age order and numbering of tickets)
I will update with more details as we sort them out.
